1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.
Email marketing: we may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress, or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.
2. How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to become a learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

3. WordPress with LearnDash
Our course and site are hosted by Innovative Solutions and use WordPress with LearnDash Learning Management Systems. LearnDash with WordPress provides us with the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through WordPress data storage, databases.
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third-party payment processor, Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
4. Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
When you click on links on our course site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
5. Computer Tracking and Cookies
Our website is not set up to trace, collect, or distribute personal information not entered by students. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used for internal purposes only.
6. Access Time/Limit to Online Courses
Your online course is accessible 24/7. The course will be available to you for six (6) months from the purchase date. Once the date has passed you will need to re-register for each course that has expired.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds for courses.
If you changed your mind after purchasing the course, and have not begun to take it, a refund might be available. A request for a refund must be made no later than seven (7) days from the date of the course purchase.

8. Discount Coupon Code Policy
Discount codes, when available, apply to online courses only and do not apply to membership or other products that may be available.
9. Problems or Complaints
The AMTOPP Board of Directors strives to provide an excellent education opportunity to our members. The information contained in any of the courses provided on this site is for the sole purpose of fulfilling educational needs. Although all information is deemed accurate to the best of our ability, the Association of Montana Turf, Ornamental, & Pest Professionals (AMTOPP), will not be held liable for the information included in the courses if used for any purpose other than to fulfill the educational need for which the course was purchased.
