The Benefits of AMTOPP Membership:
AMTOPP is a statewide association made up of a diverse membership from the public and private sectors representing many disciplines within the Green Industry. The AMTOPP membership includes lawn care, arborists, pesticide applicators, sprinkler installation, landscape installation and landscape maintenance, horticulturalists, landscape designers, and foresters.
One of our greatest resources is the knowledge our diverse members bring to the organization.
Summer Field Day is AMTOPP's opportunity to give back to our community. AMTOPP volunteers services to the Montana State Veteran's Cemetery in Miles City, Columbia Falls , and Missoula.
An annual conference and trade show provides training sessions to obtain required CEU’s (Continuing Education Units) for pesticide licenses and ISA credits for certified arborists. It also provides an opportunity to share ideas with your peers.
Tests for ISA certified arborists are offered.
As a representative of Montana's Green Industry, the AMTOPP President and Vice President travel to Washington D.C. to participate in the 'Day on the Hill'. This trip provides an opportunity to discuss issues affecting our industry with Montana's state representative and senators. While in D.C. they also participate in the National Association of Landscape's "Renewal and Remembrance," at Arlington Cemetery.
A paid Executive Director to organize and manage the Association.
AMTOPP is a member of the National Association of Landscapers (NALP), receiving numerous benefits with the membership.
An AMTOPP member has the opportunity to become a board member to help guide AMTOPP into the future.
